I was a member on this site for a few years. The basic premise of this site is that people join in order to look for sexual activity partners. Sounds good right? Well, the truth is, it is good. But, there is a big ration between men and women, so if you want to succeed on this site, you will definitely need to step up your game.
Now, this is both a paid site, and a free site. This means that you can sign up for free, but you are limited to the options you can use.
HINT #1: If you decide to go with the free option, you can chat with people via the web based chat. Also, check the top of the page to use the WEB based IM.
HINT #2: When using the IM feature, be creative when sending messages. Don't simply say "Hi" or your message will be declined. I found "SPANK" works well ;) As does.. "Quick question..."

This is a site much like Adult Friend Finder. The big difference however is that the people who use this site are looking for something more specific. Mainly, kinky things. By this nature, the members of this site are a lot more open minded and non judgmental.
Same hints for the site above, although "SPANK" definitely tends to work a lot better on this site!

This is an awesome site in that it is completely 100% free. Most likely most of your friends are members of this site. Although this is a dating site, I feel it to be more of a social networking tool like facebook.
the key to success on this site is all in your profile. Be very selective with the pictures that you wish to use, and take time in writing out your profile. There are plenty of profile writing tips in the PuaToronto.com forums.
If you need any help or advice with your profile, feel free to post the link in the forums and our members will check it out for you. They also have a forum on this site that is dedicated to critiquing profiles. Not a bad option.
